Divgeet Singh is a a seasoned HR professional with 20+ years experience primarily in the semiconductor industry. She started her career after completing her Masters in Industrial/organizational psychology in an HR rotation program. Since then she has been at several companies such as National Semiconductor, Texas Instruments, Western Digital, and currently she is HR Director at Micron. She also did a brief stint at a software start up and was faculty advisor at West Valley community college.

Divgeet has mostly been in a business partner role providing consultation and coaching to senior leaders. She works closely with the leaders to craft and deliver impactful People strategy, programs, and priorities. Her work involves partnering with not just the leaders and the organization but also other partners and stakeholders such as centers of excellence.

In her free time, Divgeet likes to spend time with her husband, 2 boys and a very active dog (who is aptly named Turbo). She also loves to read, hike and do Bollywood workouts.
