I highly recommend https://www.doyou10q.com/faq
It is 10 questions for ANYONE* to reflect on the past 12 months... over 10 days + 1 week to think about it -- then send your answers to The Vault to be saved (and emailed to you if you wish) for next year. Low effort. No grading. No public accountability - just you and your conscious and your goals and your keyboard or typing tools, and some really really good questions. No character minimum or maximums. Pause. Take a look back. Set your sights forward. Highly highly recommend, here's their FAQ and feel free to ask me any question about it, too.
*When I say "anyone" -- please know that this site does come from a modern Jewish perspective and includes "spiritual but not religious" self-reflective and connecting-with-the-world language. The reason why it is "2 weeks only" is because during this time of the Jewish year, Jews are encouraged to reflect on their actions and thoughts of the past year, make amends when possible, and resolve to do better for the coming year. This site certainly holds appeal to non-Jewish and non-religious people, as well - as we know, anyone can engage in self-reflection, looking back, and goal-setting. Feel free to browse the site - it is free and has no commitment, really! And if you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me directly!
@steinberg.davida Thanks for posting this! As we go through our journey of life there are many questions we should be asking ourselves to be able to reflect on the past, understand how it has grown us and also know where we are going.
The questions will start on September 6 if anyone is interested in doing it. https://www.doyou10q.com/question
