Many of these benefits are role-dependent, an entry-level professional will not be able to negotiate the same items as an executive such as a company car, etc. Some companies already offer some of these benefits as part of their standard package. You can also leverage some of these benefits if you are walking away from your past company and it was offered. Please note this is NOT an exhaustive list, feel free to share other benefits and experiences in the comments. Happy Wednesday!
