Hi everyone. A recruiter found me on LinkedIn to interview for a position similar to my last. I have been moving forward pivoting my career into UX Design. I decided to interview for practice, and surprisingly liked some things I’ve heard.
And have been debating is it sabotage to accept or foolish to not? After a great conversation with @Urvi Bhandari, we concluded this could be a great stepping stone to get into their UX department. Ultimately, I could learn the culture, products, and network to get my foot in the UX door. I would also have financial stability to support me as I work into my new direction.
I'm excited to see you progress in this situation. Key takeaways!
If something peaks your interest, move forward in the process to gain practice in interviewing, negotiating etc.
